We had a crew of 4 to 6 men from the Other Side Academy work on our complex landscaping job over an 18 month period.   You might have reservations using men who are in the midst of making huge life changes.  Any concerns you may have will melt away early on as you see the respect they exhibit and the honesty/integrity in their work.

These men did an amazing job. They showed up on time every day.  They worked consistently throughout the day without cell phones interrupting them. They were by far the BEST construction crew we had on the job.

Respectful, grateful for the work, following plans and instructions exactly.  Owning up to any mistakes and correcting them on their time.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
