I hired TOSA Builders to help us prepare a house to be sold. It was a great experience. We had a large variety of tasks: remodel a bathroom (lay tile, replace shower glass, update plumbing and light fixtures), paint cabinets, rewire some ceiling lights, fix a doorbell, lay a new concrete slab, move some sprinklers, build a cricket on the roof, texture various interior walls, paint large sections of the house, prep for new carpet, fix some bricks and masonry on exterior walls, etc.

The crew did a great job. They showed up early and worked hard all day — occasionally adding a weekend when there was schedule pressure. They were respectful, pleasant, and friendly. They checked in to clarify our intentions when needed. They gave good estimates and stuck by them, and they kept us apprised of progress.

I will definitely hire TOSA again next time I have similar work.
